How It Works

  1. Digital/analog signals from sensors on the machine are read by the Signalix telemetry modules (such as real-time operating status, operating hours, engine temperature, oil pressure, etc.).
  2. The values are read at user-defined time periods (e.g., 10 minutes, ½ hour, 1 hour, 3 hours, etc.) and transmitted to the central system over the GSM/GPRS network.
  3. The data queried and received by the central system is stored in a database, along with date, time, minute, and second information. Both the real-time status and the performance over specific time intervals can be monitored.
  4. The data stored in the database is displayed by the Mini SCADA system in graphical or tabular form based on the user's requests, either in real-time or for specific dates/ranges.
